I scheduled an appointment on Friday for a 10?0 on Saturday. I arrived five minutes before and checked in. I was told my stylist (whom was recommended by one of her clients) was cleaning her station and to have a seat. Fifteen minutes later no update and when I asked how Sport clips works I was told ?she?s cleaning up and will be right with you.? There was no communication of if she was double booked or running late; both of which I can understand. The no communication at all this is unacceptable. When you work on building repeat business first impressions are everything. I won?t tell people to stay away but why make an appointment if it?s not kept.

Whoops maybe I should pay more attention next time and not come in at the end of the day....my fault maybe; i am pretty passive about my hair when it's short, I don't care to much of what it is as long as its along the line of a "crew", or "fade" type cut, typically. Usually I don't have an issue here, but after bleaching my hair I can see this fairly obvious spot on my right ear where it's cut too far up, so I basically have a bald spot above and slightly behind my ear, but the left side it lines up just fine with my ear... Yikes. looks a bit weird.There's a few strands I had to snip that were missed... Overall usually it's not bad here though. Maybe next time will be a bit better. Not a big deal, but for the price and a tip, ehh.

So so so bad. Words cannot express how awful this haircut is. I was in the chair no longer than 6 minutes. Haircut was nowhere even close to what I asked for. Extremely choppy and honestly the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I?m not exaggerating. I?ve heard of people leaving places with bad haircuts before but I?ve personally never left and thought to myself ?wow this is terrible? until today. My hair is about 6 or 7 different lengths throughout and super uneven. The lady cutting my hair was nice enough but lacked any clue about how to cut hair in the slightest. Genuinely cannot believe she would let someone leave with it looking the way it does. The front makes no sense but the way she styled it made it appear to be fixable with gel and the back, which she did not show me, looks like someone ran over my head with a lawn mower. I wish I hadn?t tipped and honestly wish I could take the whole experience back. Second guess yourself if you?re thinking of coming here for a cut.
