Great stylist experience, great haircut.The online check-in is convenient. I live close and set my appointment online and when my I was 2 or 3 from top I headed over. Checked in at the store and waited not even 10 minutes and was in the chair. I'm generally don't chat much when I get my haircut, so having a tv to watch is nice. This time though I probably talked a little to much but I was enjoying the conversation so much that I didn't care haha. Will be back as soon as I need another cut and might even try the shampoo/hot towel option.

Make an appointment 2 to 2 1/2 hours out and get the heads up like usual 15 min until than batter up. Get to the store 15 min after the batter up text which was 5 min after the 15 min text. Get to the store and all I get is put your # in computer. After 20 mins all 3 stylists are not on the floor and not a single word or acknowledgement of any kind.

Great service was able to walk in and was helped immediately. Great conversation and a very professional/ fun atmosphere! Will be back!
